The CTC Organizing Team extends its deepest appreciation to every player, coach, parent, and supporter who graced the CTC Open Chess Championship Grand Prix, held from November 21st to 23rd, 2025 at the Verona Hotel, Ruiru. Your presence, energy, and commitment played a vital role in making this event a remarkable success.
With both classes now active, the total number of students participating in CTC’s chess program at Salama Gachie has grown to more than 30. The increased training has strengthened the school’s chess community and prepared students for competitive play.
To all participants—thank you for showcasing exemplary sportsmanship, discipline, and passion for the game. The level of competition was outstanding, and every board told a story of determination and respect. A special congratulations to our sectional champions and prize winners! Your hard-earned victories were truly inspiring, and we celebrate your excellence.
